All staff carried out a training course to follow the new rules of hygiene and sanitation of the spaces with the appropriate disinfectants.
Disinfectant gel dispenser with 70% hydroalcoholic solution will be available for guests at all times
To access the hotel, all guests and staff can undergo a body temperature check. At the entrance (and at various points inside the structure) disinfectant gel with 70% hydroalcoholic solution will be offered.
The procedures for daily cleaning of rooms and common areas already comply with the HACCP protocol. Once sanitized, all areas are subject to sanitization with specific products as per the new "Safe Hospitality" regulatory framework.
A more frequent total sanitization of air conditioners and filters is planned, both in the rooms and in the common areas.
Room service will be guaranteed in specific time slots, and will be free of charge, up to any changes.
